Stephanie Borgani is a sophomore in Columbia College studying Russian and Jazz Studies. She grew up in São Paulo, Brazil, where she attended the Souza Lima Conservatory (a Berklee International Network partner school) under instructors such as Sizão Machado and Lupa Santiago, and was a member of the Tom Jobim São Paulo State Youth Orchestra. At Columbia, she is a part of the Louis Armstrong Jazz Performance Program, and studies jazz voice under Christine Correa, as well as jazz piano under Bruce Barth. In her free time, she enjoys arranging and performing jazz and Brazilian music around campus.

All events are sponsored by Columbia University's Music Performance Program and are free and open to the public.

Mid-Day Music @ Columbia offers live music to a general audience, following the tradition established by Aaron Warner and Isidor Isaac Rabi, great lovers of music whose memories live on at Faculty House.
